About Christine Arylo

Christine Arylo is a transformational teacher, internationally recognized speaker and author, artist and Kellogg M.B.A. After 15-years of climbing the corporate ladder, she chose to devote her life to creating a new reality for women and girls – one based on self-love and true feminine power instead of the relentless pursuit of having to be, do and have it all.

A self-admitted recovering achievement junkie and doing addict, Arylo left her cushy executive lifestyle in 2006, to found an international self-love movement, author the go-to book on love and relationships, Choosing ME before WE and the official self-love guidebook, Madly in Love with ME, the Daring Adventure to Becoming Your Own Best Friend, co-found a virtual self-love school for women, Inner Mean Girl Reform School™, and mentor other women leaders. Her dedication earned her the affectionate title, “The Queen of Self-Love.”

Arylo and her opinions on the challenges this generation of super girls and super women face have been featured on CBS, ABC, FOX, WGN, E!, the Huffington Post, Beliefnet, the Daily Love, and radio shows, spas, conferences and stages around the world.

When not out and about being an ambassador for love, Arylo can be found filling herself up with love – traveling the world with her soul partner Noah, having riveting conversations with her eclectic soul tribe, connecting with the Divine daily, and of course following it all up with great dancing, good food and a fine glass of red wine.
