Don't Give Up On Your Dreams!

Your dreams are bigger than you.

Your dreams are planted deep within your heart by Life itself.

Your responsibility is not to make them happen, but simply to say, “Yes.”

Along the journey to your dream’s fulfillment, you will face challenges that test you.

In these moments things can sometimes seem tough. It can be easy to lose hope. You might sometimes wonder if your dreams will ever happen. You may even consider abandoning your dreams altogether, feeling as though you have given everything and not seen the light at the end of the tunnel.

These are the moments that it is easy to give up.

These are the moments most people give in.

But these are the very moments to LIVE everything you know deep in your heart.

People may call you crazy, unreasonable, unrealistic. But nothing revolutionary was created by dreaming small, and buying into limitations. There will be no shortage of people who will tell you what can or cannot be done. Most of the people that bash your dreams have never done what you feel called to do. If you listen to the naysayers, you will live an existence of mediocrity. But if you follow your Soul’s calling, you will fly on the wings of synchronicity.

It takes true courage to follow your dreams in this world that tries to shake you down to live in fear and survival.

If you are facing one of those challenging moments in life, but feel your dream to be truly authentic to your heart, then you must commit, continue and trust bigger than your fears.

Your dreams were given to you for a reason.

Often you are given a dream, and and it burns so deeply in your heart because that dream is not just about you. It is a bigger vision of The Uni-verse being birthed through you to impact and inspire many.

Before every breakthrough, there is often a breakdown. Before the dawn there is the darkness. But if you persist, the sun will rise again no matter how dark it may seem. Spring will follow winter. Behind the clouds the sun is always shining. Even if you cannot see it right now.

Even if you can’t see how your dream will happen, there is an Intelligence of Life that knows.

Let the Light of your Soul guide you. It knows. It is always ON. Let your soul lead you to your goal.

Trust it.

In those quiet moments of challenge, you might think that it would be so much easier if you didn’t have a burning dream at all, then you could just go on with your life.

But know that:

- The journey that your dream takes you on is part of the reward itself, and who you become in the process is the evolutionary gift.

- Giving up on your dream might seem like an easier way. But in reality if your dream has meaning to you, the pain in denying it is a excruciating. In denying your authentic dream, a part of you will die.

When you keep the faith, your faith will keep you moving. Then the wings of Grace will carry you forward. Support from an unseen and unexpected source will rise to meet you.

So:

1- Acknowledge and commit to your dream. FULLY.

2- Spend time everyday taking action towards your dream. CONSISTENTLY.

3- Surround yourself with positive people that believe in your dreams. TOTALLY.

4- Find small ways to live your dreams daily. CREATIVELY.

5- Surrender the fulfillment of your dreams to the creativity and perfect timing of The Uni-verse. TRUSTINGLY.

Commit.

Continue.

Create.

The Uni-verse is already CONSPIRING the fulfillment of your dreams.

Now.

Love. Now.

This is a great message for today. I am currently at a job i dislike at an all time financial low but i am dreaming big.   I am trying to make a huge career change in my life and have decided to apply to go back to school full time next spring.  With not a lot of money right now i have a few months to save up, buck up and fulfill my goals.  “Know if, feel it and believe it.”

I’ve had a dream for most of my adult life.  It is to be a mother, and to be a wife.  I wish I was in a loving relationship where I could give and receive love and support.  I yearn to have a baby.  That has always been my dream.
But I am in my 40s and I’ve never had a relationship.  I think the online dating websites (7 of them) are now sick of me.
It is with profound sadness that I have to give up my dream.   I’ve met with a life coach to help me develop a new dream, but even she is a bit stumped as to what will give me as much meaning as a family.  This is a sad, lonely phase of my life.

There is something in the Law of Attraction about manifesting your mindset. If  you believe your dream is dead then that’s what will happen. I can fully relate to you, though. I just turned 40 and have never been in an actual relationshp. It’s all I can think about these days, and while having children isn’t a biog issue for me, having a big love is. Have you checked out Arielle Ford? She teaches about manifesting love using the Law of Attraction, I’ve recenlty listened to a lot of her online classes and though it’s hard to switch that mindset especially when you think about how it hasn’t happened up to now and it maybe never will. But that’s the wrong way to look at it. I think we HAVE to switch our mindset! It seems that’s the first step and that’s what I’m trying to work on. Arielle was 44 when she got married for the first time and she has contless stories of people older than us who have finally found their “One”. So by encouraging you  I encourage myself and tell you to NOT GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM!!

Please don’t give up your dream. like ronda said, you need to change your mindset. when you stop looking for love, it finds you. I am a prime example. I was a single mother for years, with 2 kids of my own and my sister’s 2 kids…when I finally was comfortable with myself and accepted my circumstances for what they were, my now husband found me and snatched me right up! I had never been in a real relationship either. Try to let go of your expectations, let things happen naturally. Also, in the meantime why not give your love to those who really need it? Perhaps volunteering with needy or special needs kids? What a beautiful dream to have–to want to love someone and be loved back…it’s what we all want, we just all get it at different times. Please don’t give up!

Damascus!!!!! You do NOT have to be in a loving relationship with anyone but yourself to love a child.

    • damascus girl

Oh, there are children that I love.  My nieces and nephews, my friend’s children.  I love them all.  I’ve been a “Big sister” to a little girl.

But I disagree that the only loving relationship you need is with yourself.  The universe/God has created us as social beings.  We need connections — meaningful connections.  We are not meant to journey through life alone.

That being said, even if I am wrong, MY dream has always been to have a family.  A family I can come home to, eat dinner with, do things with on teh weekends, take care, be taken care by them, laugh with, a child I can call my own.  I have thoroughly examined the option of being a single parent to an older, disabled child and have come to the conclusion that that is not “for me”, as I do not have the support of extended family or financial resources that would enable me to be an effective single parent to a disabled person.

So yes, the dream has flown away, its on the wind somewhere.

Amazingly true! It’s all happening to me right now.
You struggle doing something you hate just for living and the fear to fail.
But once you take the risk to follow your dreams, everything flows.
Everybody should experience it, we all have a purpose in life!

I’ve been struggling to keep in direction to my dream for 5 years. I’ve already tried to given out three years ago, then I started to try again. Now, it’s difficult to me to continue, because it’s not just my choice, I need to approval of most people, and I’ve not been accepted. That’s a pity for me, but I’m almost a middle-aged man, not a young anymore.

If someone have samething else to say, I’ll accept with my heart.

Simply Awesome! It’s no secret that we are all here for one another, and that a great message from a stranger can have such a huge impact. Thank you so much for writing and sharing this, and may you be as persistent and confident in fulfilling your dreams, as the message you have delivered to us.
