Fear vs. Intuition: How To Tell the Difference!

How do you know the difference between when you’re out of your comfort zone (which often kicks up some major fear) vs. when your gut is telling you NOT to do something?

This is really important because, as you know, fear is normal and needs to be moved through. It often indicates that an opportunity is ideal for you.

But intuition, on the other hand, rarely steers you wrong and signals alarms that can save your butt, big time.

If you’re confused, don’t worry. Because in this video you’ll learn two, no-fail strategies to instantly get your answer. These simple techniques will help you make the **right choice** for you, every time.

  • Amazing vid!  Totally get what you are talking about….The other clue intuition leaves is a HEAVINESS…or LIGHTNESS….I felt so HEAVY in a conversation I know it was my gut (aka INTUITION!) saying…Don’t do it!  Can’t have any of that.  When I decided….guess what….ah…LIGHTNESS…it totally connects to expansive and contracted.  Thanks for a great jolt today!

  • Love it! Great advice! Thanks:)

Wonderful advice, Marie. The expanding/contracting guide is such a great one. I agree with the Q’er that it can be really tough to know the difference between “healthy” and ” self-protective” fear.  As a yoga teacher and a writer, through my own deepened connection with my own soul and intuition, I feel like these spaces continue to get easier to navigate. My life’s work is to continue to hone that skill, and to create the space for others to do the same. xo
