    What is your suggestion to meditate outside of “challenges”? I find myself easily coming to my seat when I have a program to follow, for instance, I sat every morning for 40 days during my May Cause Miracles transformation, but slowly fell out of the groove. I would like to sit in the mornings first thing, but I find myself coming up against resistance be it over sleeping or just plain not wanting to get out of bed yet. Any guidance is appreciated!
