How YOUR Love Can Change The World!

Jenna Phillips headshotIf you’re reading this blog, you love Love. You subscribe to it. You believe in it. And you know that Love can heal just about anything.

Love, as we know it, is limitless. It’s perfect. It’s truth.

It’s the ONE thing that every single one of us is born with – no matter our race, demographic, disability, advantage, or nationality. When our spirits decide to enter into this human experience, we don’t have any baggage. Our hands are open and free. We aren’t uncertain about what’s possible. We know in our souls that ANYTHING is within our reach. We aren’t weighed down with regret, guilt, or shame. We are light with Love, because it’s all. there. is.

Stuff happens. Life happens. We get a little dinged up here and there, and we have the impressive scars to prove it. Circumstances take place and we get familiar with our Ego – that little voice in our head that will never go away, but we learn how to manage it.

It’s that voice that has people feeling separate, different, less-than, better-than, or not equal to our brothers and sisters on this planet. It’s that little voice that begets massive wars, disputes at home, infidelity, scarcity fears, and has us feeling like we AREN’T in this all together.

For THOUSANDS of years, we have not been at peace as ONE.

But what’s really amazing is that this planet, Our People, and The Collective Conscious of The Uni-verse is finally starting to wake UP. There is a shifting taking place everyday. There have been some rather incredible Leaders and Messengers who have paved the way for us to carry on their Legacies and begin our own.

They’ve created an ENDLESS domino effect.

I’m sure a few of them instantly appeared in your mind, and those very Leaders have succeeded because they’ve inspired YOU to carry forth YOUR Legacy as you make a difference each and every day. With every random act of kindness and compliment you give away, you are contributing to this Global Movement of ONENESS. One People. One Love.

I am CLEAR about what’s possible with LOVE, so I’m On A Mission to motivate and inspire as many people as possible to lovelovelove themselves, because with Self-Love, anything is possible. When we truly love ourselves, we heal our bodies and our lives. We give Love and we receive it. We accept ourselves, and we accept our neighbors. We also become an automatic invitation for others to do the same.

Love is INFECTIOUS. It’s contagious, and it’s magnetic.

It’s also a choice. And we can choose Love in any given moment – just like we can choose our friends, or our allies, in this mission we’re all on. I’m super blessed to be close friends with a multitude of game changers, world lovers, and peace warriors. We inspire each other, and we celebrate the HECK out of each other.

When we collaborate and co-create, the end result is always magical. I wanna give a mega shout out to my friend, Preston Smiles, as he is one of the founders of The Love Mob. I was honored to have been a part of The Love Mob that took place here in LA this past December.

About 200 of us got together and started singing “All You Need Is Love!” in the middle of The Grove. Think: flash mob + free hugs. Bystanders had perma-grins and child-like curiosity. YES! It was EPIC. This was one of many that have taken place, and it won’t be the last.

So what is The Love Mob, exactly?

We’ve all heard of organized crime. But what about organized Love? The Love Mob fills this void. The LA-based movement plans “organized acts of love dedicated to uniting people of all backgrounds, and promoting love as a lifestyle,” in Preston’s own words.

What Preston has created is available to ALL of you. What my friend Mastin has created is an amazing Source of inspiration for so many people to begin their own Love Movement. I’m on a Love mission every day (sometimes I leave anonymous love notes on random cars), and we all have the same 24 hours in the same day as anyone else.

What are you doing today to make a difference in the lives of the people you encounter? Tell me all about it in the comments section below! I love hearing from my powerful readers!

Love all that is you,

Jenna xox

Jenna, great article..I love it..but can you give more examples how a person hows love to oneself? i.e. taking a bath??? what other daily examples can I show love to others?

    • The Daily Love

Mary, these are great questions! Some great ways to love yourself include respecting and honoring yourself exactly the way you are! If taking a bath to wind down helps you to connect with yourself and your thoughts, then absolutely! Even if taking a bath is something you just WANT to do, it’s in respecting that desire. Ways to show love to complete strangers can be as simple as smiling, greeting, and lending a helping hand. For those you know well, even just reminding them that they ARE loved is an act of love! Hope we’ve helped!! Thanks for reading!!!

Great post Jenna! Just like you said, the mystics say that love is the natural state of the Universe. We just need to learn to stop letting our own fears and insecurities get in the way.
