DLM Sales & Enrollment Director

 

You will get the opportunity to work closely with Mastin Kipp and the Daily Love Team to manage the engagement and enrollment of our community into the Daily Love programs and retreats.

As a Sales & Enrollment Director, you will be providing high-level strategies on how best to engage and close enrollments for the programs and retreats. In addition, you will be meeting one-on-one with potential participants via phone to assess their qualifications for the coveted spots for each retreat to establish a cohesive group of participants. Traveling to retreat and event sites will be required.

Required Skills:

  • Have at least 3 years of high-level enrollment sales into retreats/ products
  • Strong sales strategy experience in the personal growth field
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong command of English language
  • Adherence to tight deadlines and achievement of sales goals
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Management of a sales team
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Basecamp & Satori
  • Ability to listen and hear what is not being said or what is really meant by what was said.
 

Job Description:

 
  • Receive and review applications for potential participants
  • Conduct on-one-one interviews in a way that informs and allows the potential participant to understand what they will be experiencing and providing the space for them to overcome their “NO” and turn it into a “YES” for themselves.
  • Provide overall sales strategy for company products, retreats, etc.
  • Travel to and attendance at retreats/ events for on-site sales and enrollment initiatives.
  • Work with Daily Love team to ensure our participant’s experience exceeds expectations
  • Work closely with Daily Love team in providing sales results and solutions to issues
  • Mandatory team retreats, generally based in Los Angeles.
  • Ability to recognize great sales/enrollment skills in people to grow a sales team.
