We are divine beings. We all are light and love. We are worthy of love and we are lovable.
Love endures because love is spiritual in nature. Love connects us to the infinite intelligence of the Uni-verse and all there is.
Most of our beliefs around unworthiness and self loathing were impressed on us during childhood as a result of what we were taught by well meaning teachers, parents, religious leaders, community and governments.
Unfortunately most people leave childhood with a wagon load of baggage, which becomes the blueprint that runs their adult lives.
Unless we break free from the story our past, we will likely not live self-directed lives and feelings of unworthiness and the desire to sabotage our success will always be lurking beneath the covers.
The story I looped continually in my psyche, because of who I was and what had happened to me and what I had done left me believing I was unworthy of the love of Source and therefore unworthy of self-love.
But without self-love, it’s impossible to be in alignment with our lives and our purpose. Nothing flows effortlessly until we have come home to self-love because without self-love our connection to Source is out of sync.
Self-love is a way of acknowledging and honoring our inner divinity. So the reciprocal also rings true. We cannot fully connect to our inner divinity unless we embody self-love.
Spirituality is really just a gauge of how loving we are. To be more spiritual, love needs to be at the core of who we are.
Self-love is the holy grail of personal growth.
It is the force that binds us to the Uni-verse and all there is.
Self-love sets us free to become all we were meant to be.
So where in your life is the story from your past preventing you from self love?
What one thing could you can do for yourself today that would be an act of self love?
Much Love & welcome home,
