It’s hard to believe that it’s been 4 years since the launch of LNA and the day that we met. We had an instant connection with our common goals and dreams for owning a successful clothing brand. Even though we came into success early on, it wasn’t without it’s hardships and lessons. Owning a growing company has shaped us into not only designers, but business women.
Even though we have experienced a great deal of success, struggled at times, and made mistakes, it made us who we are today.
LNA’s 7 P’s to success:
Through our trials and tribulations we have come up with our own set of guidelines.
Persistence - We cannot even tell you how many times we were told “no” or “you can’t do that”. We never chose to believe the word “No” or “Can’t”, and just worked harder to find “Yes”! We work towards success every single day.
Passion - Love what you do!! When you are passionate about your work it shows.
Personality - You are the face of your company and you only get one first impression.
Positivity - As a leader you have to remain positive and always see the good in whatever circumstance you are in.
Partnership - You can’t do it all alone! Partnership is about working as a team and supporting each other.
Plan - Plan your future and set goals for your company. Think of your plan as a map for your future.
Profit - know your numbers! It’s easy to get caught up in success and lose focus of the financials. Always listen to your accountant – It’s not how much you make, it’s how much you keep!!
Don’t be scared to go after your dream and never let anyone tell you it’s not possible. Work towards that dream every day and stay focused!
