Do you focus on what you DON’T have as opposed to focusing on what you DO have?
We all do this from time to time. Though, if you find yourself living in a mindset of lack more often than not, or if you are feeling ready to increase your abundance, then make gratitude your attitude. (Tweet-worthy!)
I suggest writing a quick gratitude list of 10 things everyday that inspire gratitude in your heart. This exercise will help to strengthen your gratitude muscle and naturally shift your attitude towards seeing what is right, RIGHT NOW, in your amazing, beautiful, one of a kind life.
This exercise is simple, and you may have heard it 1000 times before, but are you actually doing it? Can you commit to seeking and seeing the good in your life, every day? The vibration of your feelings of gratitude energetically draw more experiences in your life to be grateful for…who doesn’t want that??
